Thank you to the Chilhowee R-IV and Green Ridge communities for the incredible support of our Personal Care Drive held on Thursday, December 11, during the Varsity Basketball game. We received an amazing outpouring of donations and are truly grateful to everyone who contributed. Your generosity makes a meaningful difference!

Mrs. Houk’s Geometry students applied their learning in a hands-on bridge-building challenge! Using geometric principles, each group constructed a bridge and tested its strength with incremental weights. Impressive work and even more impressive bridges!

Join us on Thursday, December 11th, at 5:30 PM for a Varsity Basketball Game vs. Green Ridge.
Instead of a traditional admission fee, we invite guests to spend what they would normally pay for a game ticket to purchase and bring personal care items as their entry into the game. If you are unable to bring an item, then regular admission will apply.

The Chilhowee R-IV School District is pleased to welcome Miss Makenna Pugh, our new Paraprofessional, to our school. Please join us in giving her a warm welcome. We are excited to have her as part of our Chilhowee family.

Our Ag students did an awesome job building and labeling their own animal systems models! From digestive tracts to reproductive structures, they learned hands-on how each system helps livestock function and stay healthy. Great work, everyone! 🐄🔬✨

Our school is initiating the search for a certified Science Teacher to serve in a permanent position beginning next school year. We sincerely appreciate the dedication and stability our long-term substitute has provided to students this school year!
We are incredibly grateful to have had a retired math teacher, Mrs. Houk, on our staff for the last year and a half. Her dedication and expertise have been truly invaluable.
