The Mini-Cheer Camp on Sunday, February 11th is CANCELLED due to lack of participants. Parents: Students will be coming home with an envelope that has your money inside to reimburse you if you already paid for this.

We had our Courtwarming ceremony after the boys' basketball games on Friday night. Our Courtwarming Prince is Holden Dean, and our Princess is Alivia Smith. Our Courtwarming King is Landen Smith, and our Queen is Heather Stegner.

Last week was Courtwarming. Per Chilhowee Tradition, each grade level (7th-12th) decorated their wall posters/hangings. The theme was Under the Sea.
Western Missouri Medical Center is hosting an ECHO Camp on June 3rd-7th from 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. for any current freshman - senior. Students will shadow different departments in the mornings and have hands-on experience in the afternoons. More information will be coming out soon. If your child is interested, they must tell Mrs. Dillon or Mrs. Rehn.
Booster's Club is selling baked potatoes tonight at the Courwarming Game. Games start at 5:30 p.m., with the girls playing first. Courwarming events will take place after the boys' game. Please come out and support our kids and enjoy a yummy baked potato.
Chilhowee R-IV School District is having a Kansas City Chiefs Super Bowl Dress-Up Week from February 6th to 9th. Here are the dress-up days. Please make sure all students wear school-appropriate clothes or they will be asked to change.

Currently, we have 5 participants enrolled for the cheer clinic. If we don't reach a minimum of 12 enrollments, refunds will be given. Let's cheer for the Chiefs and make the clinic a success! 📣
Sixth graders were learning about heat transfer with a popcorn experiment
CCTA is selling Crush Grams for $0.50 a piece from Tuesday, February 6th to Tuesday, February 13th. They will start selling them at the basketball game this Friday, February 2nd. All crushes will be delivered to students on Valentine's Day.

We are so close to using Apptegy's Rooms as our messaging system throughout the school district. Parents/Guardians: Please see the fliers for more information, or go to your App Store or Android Play Store on your phone and download the Chilhowee R-IV School District App and enable notifications. Tomorrow, your student will come home with their parent/guardian invites. Please ensure you join your child's class tomorrow. For 7th-12th grade, there is one code for all of their classes. Students currently enrolled in Dual Credit courses through SFCC recived information on the Dual Credit/Dual Enrollment Scholarship today through their SFCC emails.
