It's that time of year again to generate new sports physicals as needed. Remember, there are new 2023 sports physical forms and new 2023 MSHSAA Pre Participation forms that have superseded the previous versions. If your student has a valid 2022 version on file, it is still valid for the upcoming year, but 2023 MSHSAA Pre Participation forms are required to be considered complete. All forms can be found on the school website or picked up at the main office during business hours. All students are required to have a proper and complete sports physical and MSHSAA Pre Participation forms in place before the first practice.

The new MSHSAA Pre Participation forms have been released. These forms must be done annually in conjunction with the newly released Sports Physical forms. These forms have all changed, so please ensure the correct forms are being used for student eligibility. Any other versions will not be accepted. However, physicals from 2022 (physicals are good for two years) are still valid but still need the new MSHSAA Pre Participation turned in to be considered eligible for the 2023-2024 school year. All forms can be picked up at the school's main office or found on the school website. Use the link for the new MSHSAA Pre Participation forms.
