The Scholastic Book Fair is November 12th-22nd. It is open when the library is open and will have extended shopping hours on Monday, November 18th, until 5:00 PM. It will also be open during school hours on Friday during Grandparents' Day!

Missouri Leadership Seminar
Our school can nominate one sophomore leader to attend this event. The event takes place at the University of Central Missouri on May 30th-June 1st. The event is free to the sophomore that is nominated. Sophomores interested in attending need to let Mrs. Dillon know by November 20th so the staff can vote on who to send. The Junior High Boys' Basketball team had a great season, and were led by Coach Mike Jenkins. Tonight, the boys were recognized by Coach Jenkins at the Fall Banquet. Great season, boys!
The Junior High Girls' Basketball team was recognized tonight at the Fall Sports Banquet. This year, the girls were coached by Coach Kayla Warlen. Awesome job, ladies, on a great season.
Coach Cheyenne Ginn and Assistant Coach Catilyn Lankford lead the Varsity Lady Indians' Volleyball Team to a winning season. For the first time in 24 years, our girls were Conference Champs!!! Awesome season, everyone!
Coach Catilyn Lankford had a great Junior High Volleyball season with some very special 6th, 7th, and 8th grade girls. Tonight, the athletes were given certificates and a gift. Awesome job ladies.
Tonight we celebrated our Cross Country runners. Awesome job, Bailey, Ruthie, Jahmie, and Charlee! Thank you Coach Kedigh for a great season.
Our ceremony ended with the folding of the American flag and Taps being played by our own, Charlee Kedigh.

The Varsity Lady Indians will be reaching out for sponsors for their upcoming Free-Throw-A-Thon that is happening on Nov 16th, at 10:00am. This is a great way for the team to raise funds for their program and hone their skills for free throw shooting all at the same time. The money raised helps pay for summer activities, camps, and team equipment throughout the year. If interested in sponsoring the Lady Indians, contact a Lady Indian or Coach Buss.
The 2024 Fall Athletic Awards Banquet is Monday, Nov 11th, at 5:30PM in the Gymnasium. Varsity and JH Volleyball, Varsity and JH Cross Country, JH Boys and Girls Basketball will be recognized. Please help us celebrate our athletes and their accomplishments.
Johnson County residents will receive a free Thanksgiving meal on November 21st. Please see the flyer below for more information. The First United Methodist Church of Warrensburg will host the meal, which can be dined in, picked up, or delivered. To get it delivered, please call 660-624-6931.
All Veterans are invited to celebrate Veterans' Day with us on Friday, November 8th, 2024. We will have a free breakfast, followed by a special ceremony in the gym. We hope to see everyone there.
