We had a fun, slightly drizzly morning! Mason Griffin had a great race and Ruthie Coulter ran for the first time! As you can see in the last picture, it was a close finish for Mason! We are super proud of both of them and are looking forward to our meet in Lone Jack on Wednesday!

🏐Thursday night Volleyball doubleheader at Home! Miami vs Chilhowee, JH starts at 5:30PM, followed by Varsity.
The Junior High Volleyball girls played a hard fought match against Crest Ridge tonight but came up short.
September 13th Athletic Events. Good luck JH Volleyball and Varsity Softball!
🏀Junior High Boys Basketball🏀 will start practices for the 2023 season this Wednesday, September 13th at 6:00PM-8:00PM. There will be a short parent meeting to kick the night off so please attend if possible. Any questions or concerns, contact Coach Mike Jenkins. Reminder, valid complete physicals must be on file at school to be allowed to practice.
Monday, September 11th Athletic Events. As a reminder with no school is session, parents are responsible for transportation to Football and Softball games.
The girls faced Wellington-Napoleon in their last match of the day at the Lexington Tournament. The girls won the first set 25-23, lost the second set 23-25, and lost the third set 16-25. Overall the girls placed 6th place in the tournament.
In the 3rd match today, the Lady Indians' Volleyball girls lost 16-25 to Lexington and then won the next set 25-23. Next they play for 5th place.
The Chilhowee Lady Indians' Volleyball team traveled to Lexington today for a tournament. The Indians lost to Layfette County in the first match 17-25 and 22-25. In their next match against Trenton they won the first set 25-19 and came from behind to win the second set 26-24. More volleyball still to come.....
Cross Country competed at the Knob Noster Invitational today! Mason Griffin set a new school record of 21.57 and Jahmie Connor set a new record of 28.52. Great job runners!
