Pk-2 grade students got to have a "pumpkin patch" in our baseball field today. We are very thankful to Lowe's in Warrensburg for donating pumpkins for our "patch". Everyone had a great time!

NHS/NJHS is sponsoring a Blood Drive at Chilhowee R-IV in the cafeteria on Tuesday, November 3rd, from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm. If a student wants to donate, parents must fill out and sign the Parent Consent Form.
Here are three incentives to donate:
1. All successful donors who provide an email address to the American Red Cross will get a digital $10 Amazon gift card.
2. All successful donors will be entered into a drawing for Sonic gift cards.
3. All successful donors will receive a free A1C test.

All K-6 students brought home a green form about basketball at Crest Ridge. These forms need to be returned to the school office with payment by Friday at 8:00 a.m. All forms turned in by this time will be taken to Crest Ridge by a Chilhowee staff member. If the form is not turned in by 8:00 a.m., parents will need to take the form to the elementary office at Crest Ridge on their own. Thank you!

Reminder: This week is Red Ribbon Week. See the image for dress-up days. Red Ribbon Week honors the life of U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration Special Agent Enrique "Kiki" Camarena. He was killed while investigating one of Mexico's biggest drug dealers. A California congressman began honoring Kiki by starting clubs that wore red ribbons and pledged to be drug-free. In 1988, the U.S. government named the last week in October "Red Ribbon Week."
