Tuesday, June 2nd, 6:00PM, there will be a meeting for all High School Girls interested in Varsity Basketball for the 2020-2021 season in the Gym. This meeting will discuss summer open gym plans and rules of engagement. Duration: 30 Minutes.
Graduation for the 2020 senior class will be held Friday, June 19th at 7pm on the CHS football field. In order to honor our seniors and keep ceremonies as close to the CHS tradition as possible, we will strive to hold outdoor ceremonies even if weather is perhaps not perfect, but in case of inclement weather, an alternative plan will consist of limiting the number of guests and moving the ceremony indoors to the gymnasium. Further details to come.
We invite all incoming kindergarten students to join us at Chilhowee School June 15th-25th for Kindergarten Bootcamp! This fun filled 2 week summer event will introduce your little one to the procedures of school and help them fill comfortable come August. In order to provide the highest level of safety for our students and staff and ensure we do not jeopardize our ability to return in the fall, the Chilhowee R-IV School District will not be offering summer school this year. We will provide remote, online JH/HS Credit Recovery.
Monday 5/18 will be the last day for meal service in May. Meal service will resume June 1st and last through June 26. Details will be sent out next week on how the meals will be served.

After reviewing the Stay-at-Home Public Health Emergency Order from Johnson County, we ask that if their's something essential that you need from the school building, please call the school to set an appointment first. as our office hours will be limited.
To help save driving for families, lunch will be served on Monday and Thursday of each week. Monday 3/30 meals will be handed out for Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. On Thursday 4/2 meals will be handed out for Thursday, Friday, and back snack for the weekend. Thanks for your patience during these changes.
