Chilhowee FFA Shines at State Convention!
What an incredible showing for Chilhowee FFA! Our Food Science Team earned an outstanding 4th place in the STATE, with Holden Dean finishing as the 5th individual in the entire state—an amazing accomplishment!
Before even stepping into competition, the team received a spirited send-off from our Chilhowee students and staff, setting the tone for an unforgettable experience. While at convention, members had the opportunity to tour the College of Agriculture, Food and Natural Resources at Mizzou, gaining valuable insight into future opportunities.
And the excitement didn’t stop there—this convention has been full of memorable moments! The Food Science Team was proudly recognized on stage, and Levi Jenkins earned his State FFA Degree, one of the highest honors in FFA.
Our members also represented Chilhowee with pride by serving on the Courtesy Corps and even took time to show some appreciation for Mrs. Thornley at the Teach Ag Booth.
This is a convention we won’t soon forget—and we’re not even finished yet. Way to go, Chilhowee FFA!
